The hotel is conveniently located close to where we arrived by boat, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which enhanced our overall experience. However, the interactions with one staff member were not pleasant. The location is great for accessing various attractions and being in the heart of the action, but the hotel could improve staff professionalism. The rooms were clean and secure, but some areas had wet carpet, which was a bit off-putting. Overall, the price was fair, considering the amenities and services provided.
The hotel had a great location near restaurants in Put-In Bay, making it easy to get around without needing a golf cart. The staff was nice and helpful overall, but some interactions left much to be desired. Although the rooms were cramped and had a strong smell of smoke, the place was clean. The best part of our stay was the location, despite some negative staff member interactions.
The hotel room had a strong smell of smoke. It wasn't ready until after the check-in time, and it was located right next to the subway wall. On the bright side, the service was very nice, and the staff were friendly. The location was great, providing easy access to downtown Put-In-Bay and all the fun. However, it was pitch black at night, which was a bit unsettling.
My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were very near the elevator, smaller than expected, and outdated, with a small and dirty bathroom that smelled strongly of smoke, which was unbearable. On the positive side, the staff members are very nice, and the location is great if you enjoy the party life. However, the interactions with some staff members were terrible, leaving a negative impression.
The hotel's location is great, near Put In Bay's restaurants and in the middle of everything. While the rooms are your typical Red Roof Inn style, they are a bit small, and the bathrooms are even smaller than they appear online. The service was pleasant and helpful, perfect for all guests. However, encounters with certain staff members left much to be desired. The hotel's facilities need some repairs and updates, but the central location compensates for it.
